even works fine for a small home 1 bedroom home inventory. You may create a
single Property, up to 2 Rooms, 10 photos and unlimited item listings and
reports to see how easy it is to use. It allows you to create and add
items, but does not allow one to delete. It also does not allow the assign
function for heirs, dividing parties, sell or donate. Upgrade to the paid
version for up to 3 Properties, unlimited Rooms, unlimited photos, unlimited
items, full reporting, editing, assigning items to heirs or owners to
divide, sell, donate, move, etc.
